I loved how accessible Telford Lake and Barclays Dog Park were, perfect for a morning walk before heading out to explore the city and nearby landmarks. my stay was made even better by the spacious room and the friendly staff who made me feel welcome throughout my visit.

Friendly staff made the check-in process smooth even at 3 a.m., and the room was clean with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was impressive, featuring options like eggs, bacon, and freshly squeezed orange juice. However, the night staff's response to requests was disappointing, particularly when it took multiple conversations to get pool towels, which dampened the overall experience.

The jacuzzi-tub was great, but the pool noise kept me up at night.

The location made getting to the main highway easy. The beds felt reasonably comfortable, and I appreciated the nice pillows. Breakfast options included cheese omelets and breakfast sausage, a great way to start the day. However, the hotel definitely shows signs of age. The carpets in the hallways and my room were dirty and torn. Found a few stains that made me question cleanliness standards. The noise from the pool area made it tough to relax, and the TV remote barely worked even with new batteries. Overall, while the service was great with staff like 'Ash' being very attentive, the hotel's need for deep cleaning and updates can't be overlooked.

The ac was excessively loud and constantly running!!! The hallway carpets appeared neglected and needed a refresh!!! The shuttle service's naming caused unnecessary confusion for arrivals!!!

We had a spacious room with a comfy bed, fridge, and microwave, which made traveling with our large breed dog a breeze. The nearby Gallery Walk was a fun bonus, with plenty of shops and food options. Free breakfast was a great way to start our day.

My wife says that the breakfast options could use more variety.

The hotel was conveniently located with easy access in and out. It comfortably accommodated our dogs. However, the sofa bed could use better linens as they weren't very nice. Overall, it offers decent value, a spacious room, and a good breakfast to kickstart the day.
